How do I place an order?

You can click the "Shop" tab to enter our store. You can purchase in-stock items there as well as custom slots as available. Custom slots require a deposit which will go towards the total price.

Do you offer any discounts for large purchases?
|
Yes! 8 or more diapers earns 10% off your total order. Additionally US and Canadian orders over $80 receive free shipping. Please contact us regarding larger orders.

How long does will it take to complete my order?
|
Typically, custom orders take 2 weeks to complete, depending on the size of the order and how many others we have. We do ask that you allow up to 3 weeks however to allow for any unforseen circumstances.

Do the S-hooks ever break?
|
In rare circumstance I have had a hook break. Generally this is due to being stepped on or too much stress (if the diaper is frequently used on very tight settings). I do offer free replacement should one break. You are responsible for shipping cost to me.

Do I need to prewash my items and are there any other special wash instructions?
|
All fabric is prewashed and does not require any special treatment. However, I do recommend one wash and dry cycle prior to use for best performance. I also recommend flipping the AIOs for fastest drying. Hanging dry will improve longevity and reduce wear on fabrics. I recommend running through a hot dryer cycle at least 1 time a month to keep the PUL at optimal performance.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is based on your order total. A listing of shipping costs can be found on the policies page. Priority mail is available upon request and at an additional cost. US and Canada shipping is free on orders over $80.

Do you ship internationally?
|
Yes we do! Shipping costs to Canada are the same as US shipping. Other countries will need to email us to get a shipping quote. We charge actual shipping for overseas customers.

Are your diapers adequate for a heavy wetter?
|
Our diapers are designed for moderate - heavy wetters. Very heavy wetters may find the need for added absorbancy or more frequent changes.

Can I get the diapers with snaps or Aplix instead?
|
At this time we can offer no-droop Aplix closure and are currently testing out snap closures.

What inserts can I use?
|
There are many inserts that will work in our diapers. Small diapers need inserts that are no more than 4x14". Mediums can accomodated up to 5x16" and large up to 5.5x18".

The diaper looks too small, will it fit?
|
Because of the trimness of these diapers, they do look much smaller than many others. Please try the diaper on your child. If it truly is too small, let us know and we would be happy to exchange it for a larger size.
