* Returns on custom orders are not accepted unless there is a flaw that renders the product unusable. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation. We strive to keep our customers happy! I do accept exchanges for sizing. If I do not have the materials available to make an identical item you can choose something else or opt for a gift certificate to choose a replacement at a later date.
* On in-stock items, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days and MUST be cleared prior to returning the item.
* Refunds will not be issued until the item is recieved by us. We recommend you get delivery confirmation when returning anything.
* We do not refund your shipping cost unless agreed upon prior to the return and only if the product is defective.
*Because of the custom nature of our products, please allow up to 3 weeks to ship your item(s). However, generally it will be much sooner than this.
*We ship via USPS first class. Priority mail is available upon request. US and Canada shipping charges are as follows (applies to custom orders only. In-stock orders $2 for first item, $.75 each additional):
